First of all to get acquainted with the different types of biopolymers and additives that are available in the market.  Second, biopolymers and its applications are subject to several certifications and standards that define their rate of biodegradation in certain conditions. Therefore it is not logical to provide “standard” solutions when it comes to selection the optimal material, because time and environment become decisive factors.
